Farah Khan recently invited Dhanashree Verma to her vlog, and the choreographer made some revelations about her divorce from Yuzvendra Chahal. Dhanashree mentioned that both she and Chahal have moved on, their issues are nearly settled and that they are still in touch over text message. The vlog quickly went viral due to these revelations, but now, it has caught everyone\u2019s attention for another reason. Some Redditors have slammed Farah for milking Dhanashree and Chahal\u2019s divorce for her vlog.<\/p>\n

A post on Reddit read, \u201cI just watched Farah Khan\u2019s latest YouTube video with Dhanashree and honestly found it odd. Farah kept circling back to her marriage with Yuzvendra, even though Dhanashree gave vague, uninterested answers. I\u2019ve seen Farah interview bigger celebs with exes & divorces, but never push that angle with them. It came off a bit condescending, like she felt more comfortable being casually insensitive because Dhanashree isn\u2019t a huge star.”<\/p>\n

Farah Khan Trolled On Reddit<\/h2>\n

This post went viral on Reddit, and many users took to the comments section to express similar views. One comment read, \u201cThis is so true! It was so uncomfortable watching the whole thing. Farah did come across as highly insensitive. Whatever the intentions were, whether it was Dhanashree\u2019s PR or not, it didn\u2019t make Farah look good at all.” Another person mentioned, \u201cYeah, she was repeatedly asking about Yuzi and her past, how they met and whatnot after separation, she was doing it for views.”<\/p>\n

A comment read, \u201cYeah, even in a vlog with Shehnaaz Gill, she was like tujhe toh sahi wala mil gaya tha, but bura hua, and then she tried to talk about Sidharth Shukla\u2019s demise, and that section made Farah look bad cause Shehnaaz looked uncomfortable.” Another person mentioned, \u201cThe joke was Farah making fun of Udit Naryan in her vlog with Sania, while she doesn\u2019t tire from rehabilitating Sajid every chance she gets.”<\/p>\n

Someone wrote, \u201cHonestly, it was so disappointing to see that she was doing this intentionally and as Dhanashree was mentioning, they moved on & she was clearly uncomfortable, but she still kept repeating. I wondered why she didn\u2019t do the same when she went to Shalin\u2019s (Bhanot) house, he has done a lot of questionable things.” Another comment read, \u201cThe whole thing was so uncomfortable to watch. Someone who has just got divorced, that too so publicly- the least you can do is be sensitive and empathetic\u2026 Dhanashree wanted to talk more about her work, etc.”<\/p>\n

Farah Khan\u2019s Fans Defended Her<\/h2>\n

However, Farah Khan\u2019s fans also took to the comments section to defend the filmmaker. One person wrote, \u201cOn the contrary, I felt she was rather mature about asking those questions, so was Dhanashree in answering them. It was huge celebrity news, so it was better handled by mentioning it as an actual factual event. Plus, how are you conveniently missing the entire segment of her asking and discussing all the upcoming movies, songs, shows, etc and asking her about her stint as a dentist?”<\/p>\n

Another comment read, \u201cYou are being EXTREMELY naive if you think she wouldn\u2019t have mentioned beforehand that these topics would be touched upon.” One person wrote, \u201cI haven\u2019t seen this episode yet, but Dhanashree has been talking about her divorce lately coz of her new show and afaik in such kind of videos, the artists do receive a broad outline of the questions beforehand which are mutually agreed upon \ud83e\udd37\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f.”<\/p>\n

One person wrote, \u201cJo bhi bolo, I like Farah ma\u2019am, she\u2019s so fun.” \u201cMaybe because of their Jhalak connection, where Farah was the judge, Dhanashree the contestant and almost all screentime of hers would revolve around Yuzi. He was even eating with Farah in their van during the shoot, so I guess they are friends and open to such discussion,” someone else wrote.<\/p>\n
