BTS member Jungkook has publicly addressed a recent home intrusion, strongly warning against further violations of his privacy. The 28-year-old singer spoke out during a live broadcast on September 1, 2025, the same day he celebrated his birthday, sharing details of the disturbing incident and cautioning fans against such behaviour.<\/p>\n

Jungkook Addresses Incident During Birthday Livestream<\/strong><\/p>\n

Speaking candidly on Weverse, Jungkook revealed that he personally witnessed the intruder on his home CCTV system. The woman, identified as being in her 40s, unlawfully entered the underground parking lot of his residence on August 31.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the police arrived, she rushed out through the underground parking lot but was eventually caught,” Jungkook explained, quoting reports from Koreaboo. The woman reportedly told officers that she was the singer\u2019s friend, a claim Jungkook immediately refuted.<\/p>\n

The Still With You singer emphasised that while ARMYs \u2014 BTS\u2019s global fandom \u2014 are like family to him, boundaries must be respected. \u201cARMYs are like family and friends, but I had to make it clear being supportive is one thing, but what\u2019s wrong is wrong,” he said firmly.<\/p>\n

Issuing a strong warning, Jungkook added: \u201cIf you come, I\u2019ll lock you in. Everything is recorded as evidence, and you\u2019ll be dragged away. If you step into my parking lot without my permission, you\u2019ll be trapped until I open the door. CCTV is everywhere. Unless you want to end up at the police station, don\u2019t ever come in.”<\/p>\n

Repeat Privacy Violations Raise Concerns<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the Yongsan Police, the intruder has been officially booked for housebreaking. The woman entered Jungkook\u2019s detached home parking lot at approximately 11:20 pm before being arrested on the spot after Jungkook alerted authorities. Investigators are still determining her motive.<\/p>\n

Disturbingly, this is not the first time Jungkook has faced such an invasion. On June 11, shortly after completing his mandatory military service, another intruder attempted to gain access to his residence. In that case, a Chinese woman was arrested for repeatedly trying to enter his home by pressing his password keypad multiple times.<\/p>\n

The recurrence of such incidents highlights ongoing concerns about idol safety and fan boundaries in the K-pop industry. While Jungkook has always expressed deep gratitude for ARMY\u2019s support, he made it clear that unlawful intrusions will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n
