Reliance AGM Meeting 2025:<\/strong> At the 48th Reliance Annual General Meeting, Chairman Mukesh Ambani announced a deeper AI partnership with Google, aimed at leveraging Reliance\u2019s scale and Google\u2019s AI and cloud capabilities to accelerate innovation across India.<\/p>\n

Ambani invited Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google and Alphabet, to share his perspective on the collaboration. Pichai said, \u201cIndia has always been a special place to Google”, underlining its dynamic businesses, thriving start-up ecosystem, and vast creativity. He noted that Google has been investing in India\u2019s digital future for over a decade and that its partnership with Reliance and Jio has helped bring affordable internet access to millions, powering the country\u2019s digital revolution.<\/p>\n

Pichai described the AI opportunity in India as \u201cextraordinary,” noting that it could transform industries ranging from large enterprises to small kirana stores. He added that Google and Reliance are partnering to bring AI to all Reliance businesses, including Energy, Retail, Telecom, and Financial Services.<\/p>\n

To support this AI adoption, together we are establishing a Jamnagar Cloud region, built for and dedicated to Reliance. It will bring world class AI and compute from Google Cloud, powered by clean energy from Reliance, and connected by Jio\u2019s advanced network,” he added in his speech.<\/p>\n

Pichai said the partnership will not only support Reliance\u2019s critical workloads but also put AI into the hands of more people and businesses across India.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd with Reliance and the Jio ecosystem, we are excited to put AI into the hands of more people and businesses so they can do extraordinary things, as well. This is only the beginning,” he concluded his speech.<\/p>\n
