The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its Premium Housing Scheme 2025, offering flats at affordable prices but with strict regulations. Registrations and submission of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) will begin on August 26, 2025, according to Pradeep Mishra, Founder and Director of Oram Group.<\/p>\n

Key Dates For Registration And Auction<\/h2>\n

Key dates to note include the last date for online registration and EMD submission, which is September 24, 2025, while applications must be submitted by September 26, 2025. The e-auction schedule will be released on September 30, with demo practice sessions taking place on October 3, 4 and 5, 2025. The live e-auction will be held on October 6, 7 and 8, 2025.<\/p>\n

Who Can Apply<\/h2>\n

Eligibility criteria mandate that applicants must be Indian citizens over the age of 18 and possess a PAN card. For SC\/ST applicants, a family member must be a co-applicant. Additionally, valid documentation is required for widows of martyrs, individuals with disabilities, or other reserved categories. The co-applicant\u2019s name must be included in the initial application form.<\/p>\n

Earnest Money Deposit Required<\/h2>\n

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be paid before participating in the auction: Rs 4,00,000 for LIG flats, Rs 10,00,000 for MIG flats, Rs 15,00,000 for HIG flats, Rs 4,00,000 for car garages, and Rs 1,00,000 for scooter garages. Payments can be made via NEFT, RTGS, or e-payment on the DDA e-auction portal dda.etender.sbi.<\/p>\n

Flats And Prices<\/h2>\n

The pricing for the flats is as follows: HIG flats will cost Rs 1.98 crore in Vasant Kunj, Rs 2.19\u20132.34 crore in Dwarka Sector 19B, and Rs 2.34\u20132.45 crore in Jasola. MIG flats will range from Rs 1.09 crore in Ashok Nagar, Rs 1.38\u20131.52 crore in Dwarka, Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1.49 crore in Jahangirpuri, Rs 60\u201365 lakh in Nandnagari, Rs 61\u201362 lakh in Pitampura, and Rs 1.24 crore in Malviya Nagar. SFS flats will be priced between Rs 88 lakh to Rs 1.66 crore in Vasant Kunj, Shalimar Bagh, Rohini and Alaknanda.<\/p>\n

Stricter Rules This Time<\/h2>\n

LIG flats will be available in Dwarka, Rohini, and Ashok Nagar for Rs 29\u201347 lakh, while EHS flats in Nasirpur Dwarka will start from Rs 26 lakh, totalling 66 flats. Car garages in Pitampura will start from Rs 30 lakh, and scooter garages in Mall Road, Ashok Vihar, will range from Rs 2\u20135 lakh.<\/p>\n

Experts emphasise the importance of reviewing all terms and conditions meticulously due to the heightened transparency and strictness of this scheme, ensuring applicants avoid future complications.<\/p>\n
