Nearly three months after the Bengaluru stampede at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Royal Challengers Bengaluru launched RCB Cares to support victims and honor fans.<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s been nearly three months since the Bengaluru stampede, a tragic event that unfolded during IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bengaluru\u2019s title-winning celebrations in the city. 11 lives were lost and 56 others injured in a crowd crush outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.<\/p>\n

Karnataka government ordered an investigation into the incident while admitting the event went ahead without any preparation. FIR was filed against RCB, event organiser and Karnataka State Cricket Association with allegations of the event and felicitation ceremony being conducted without seeking prior permission from the police and not following instructions.<\/p>\n

The RCB\u2019s social media handles went silent after the incident. However, in a post shared on Thursday, the franchise says they have launched RCB Cares <\/em>in response to the tragedy that unfolded a day after the franchise won their maiden IPL title.<\/p>\n

The franchise says they will share more details later.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been close to three months since we last posted here.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Silence wasn\u2019t Absence. It was Grief.<\/em><\/p>\n

This space was once filled with energy, memories and moments that you enjoyed the most.. But June 4th changed everything.<\/em><\/p>\n

That day broke our hearts, and the silence since then has been our way of holding space.<\/em><\/p>\n

In that silence, we\u2019ve been grieving. Listening. Learning. And slowly, we\u2019ve begun to build something more than just a response. Something we truly believe in.<\/em><\/p>\n

That\u2019s how RCB Cares came to life. It grew out of a need to honour, to heal, and to stand beside our fans. A platform for meaningful action shaped by our community & fans.<\/em><\/p>\n

We return to this space today, not with celebration but with care.<\/em><\/p>\n

To share. To stand with you. To walk forward, together. To continue being the pride of Karnataka.<\/em><\/p>\n

RCB Cares. And we always will.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Aftermath of Bengaluru Tragedy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences. Karnataka government and RCB announced compensations for the victims. The state government formed a judicial commission to investigate the stampede. It recommended \u201cappropriate legal action” against Royal Challengers Sports Pvt. Ltd., event management company DNA Entertainment Networks, the Karnataka State Cricket Association and five police officers suspended after the incident.<\/p>\n
