Janhvi Kapoor is currently busy promoting her upcoming romantic drama, Param Sundari<\/a>, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. Helmed by Tushar Jalota, the film is backed by Dinesh Vijan\u2019s Maddock Films and is scheduled to hit the big screens on August 29. On Monday, the makers organised a special music launch event in Mumbai in the presence of the entire team of Param Sundari, along with singers like Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghoshal.<\/p>\n

Now, a heartwarming exchange between a fan and Janhvi at the star-studded event is currently surfacing online.<\/p>\n

Janhvi Kapoor Gives An Autograph To A Fan<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a video shared on Instagram, a fan is seen requesting the actress for her autograph. As he was short of paper, Janhvi treated him by signing his T-shirt.<\/p>\n

Talking about her look, the actress looked gorgeous in a traditional avatar as she wore a floral peach saree. She accessorised her look with gold and diamond bangles and long earrings.<\/p>\n

Janhvi Kapoor On Criticism Over Her Malayali Accent In Param Sundari<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recently, the actress faced criticism online for her Malayali accent in the Param Sundari trailer. Now, speaking to ET Digital, Janvhi finally opened up on the social media trolling, saying that her character in the film is of mixed South Indian heritage \u2014 \u201chalf-Tamilian and half-Malayali”.<\/p>\n

She said, \u201cFinally, there was a story that included all of that while also allowing me to return to my roots. Of course, I\u2019m not Malayali, nor was my mother, but my character is half Tamil and half Malayali. I\u2019ve always been fascinated by that geography and culture and I\u2019m a big fan of Malayalam films.”<\/p>\n

Param Sundari: Star Cast And Plot<\/strong><\/p>\n

The film marks the first on-screen collaboration between Janhvi and Sidharth. It also features celebs like Manjot Singh, Renji Panicker and Sanjay Kapoor in significant roles.<\/p>\n

Param Sundari follows the story of Param, a North Indian boy and Sundari, a South Indian girl, whose love blossoms amidst the picturesque backwaters of Kerala. The cross-cultural romance explores the conflicts and charms that arise when their distinct worlds collide, presenting a modern take on love that transcends geographical and cultural boundaries.<\/p>\n

Besides this, Janhvi also has a romantic drama, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, with Varun Dhawan and Peddi with South star Ram Charan in her kitty.<\/p>\n
