It was on August 10 when Sanjay Dutt penned the sweetest wish for his daughter Trishala Dutt<\/a> on her birthday, and about 15 days later, today on August 25, Trishala has posted a cryptic note on parenting and mental health, which has raised several eyebrows. Trishala, while sharing a long note on mental health, wrote that \u2018family is not a free pass to mistreat,\u2019 and it has led to some serious speculations.<\/p>\n

She, in her note, wrote, \u201cNot everyone who shares your blood deserves a place in your life. Sometimes, the most draining, invalidating, and dismissive people we know carry the title \u2018family.\u2019 You\u2019re allowed to protect your peace. You\u2019re allowed to go low-contact or no contact. You\u2019re allowed to choose your mental health over preserving the family image.”<\/p>\n

\u201cBecause \u2018family\u2019 is not a free pass to mistreat, manipulate, or guilt-trip you. You DO NOT owe continued access to anyone who keeps hurting you \u2014 even if they raised you. When a parent cares more about how the family appears to the world than how it actually feels to live in it, that\u2019s a problem,” she concluded.<\/p>\n

Trishala Dutt\u2019s Post For Sanjay Dutt<\/strong><\/p>\n

While she didn\u2019t name anyone in her note, rumour mills started churning gossip about a bitter relationship with father Sanjay Dutt.<\/a> Meanwhile, it should be noted that Sanjay turned 66 on July 29, and Trishala decided to wish her father by dropping a nostalgic pic with him. \u201cLove You More Each Day,” she wrote, expressing her love for the \u2018K.G.F: Chapter 2\u2019 actor.<\/p>\n

For those who do not know, Sanjay is a father to three children. Trishala was born in 1988 from his first marriage to the late Richa Sharma, who passed away in 1996 due to a brain tumour. Trishala presently lives in the United States and works as a psychotherapist.<\/p>\n

Sanjay later tied the knot with actress Maanayata Dutt in 2008. In 2010, the couple was blessed with twins \u2013 a son named Shahraan and a daughter named Iqra.<\/p>\n

While Trishala prefers to stay away from the limelight, Shahraan and Iqra make occasional appearances on their parents\u2019 social media feeds.<\/p>\n

Work-wise, Sanjay has been roped in to play a crucial role in Aditya Dhar\u2019s \u201cDhurandar,” where he will be seen sharing screen space with Ranveer Singh for the first time.<\/p>\n

Presented by Jio Studios and B62 Studios production, the project will see R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Akshaye Khanna in key roles, along with Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, and Jimmy Sheirgill as the supporting cast.<\/p>\n
