The 48-year-old revealed that she had been experiencing the transition for the past three years, calling it \u201ca very tough phase for women.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"1\" class=\"story_para_1\">Taking to her Instagram, Namita Thapar admitted that the onset of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news18.com\/lifestyle\/health-and-fitness\/struggling-with-perimenopausal-belly-fat-try-these-10-foods-suggested-by-nutrition-coach-ws-l-9428046.html\">perimenopause<\/a> at 45 brought with it massive body aches, low energy, weight gain \u2013 especially around the abdomen \u2013 and declining bone health.
