Stocks to Watch On August 21:<\/strong> Markets extended gains for the fifth straight session on Wednesday. In today\u2019s trade, shares of IndusInd Bank, India Cements, Godrej Properties, Clean Sciences, Exide Industries, among others, will be in focus due to various news developments.<\/p>\n

Exide Industries<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company infused Rs 100 crore into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions, through a rights issue.<\/p>\n

Vedanta<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vedanta informed the NCLT about its plan to provide a corporate guarantee in favour of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG).<\/p>\n

UltraTech Cement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The firm approved the sale of up to 2.01 crore shares of India Cements, representing a 6.49% stake.<\/p>\n

Godrej Properties<\/strong><\/p>\n
