The makers of Ufff Yeh Siyapaa finally released the first look posters of the upcoming comedy-drama, setting social media abuzz. The images, filled with goofy faces, vivid colours and a healthy dosage of chaos, offer viewers a glimpse into the bizarre world the movie will explore.<\/p>\n

\u2018Pyaar Ka Punchnama\u2019 filmmaker Luv Ranjan will reunite with Nushrratt Bharuccha<\/a> for this upcoming project, a silent film that aims to revive the allure of traditional storytelling with a contemporary twist.<\/p>\n

Nushrratt also shared her first-look poster for the movie on her Instagram account. \u201cMeet our silent heroes #SiyapaaSquad #UfffYehSiyapaa In Cinemas from 5th Sept,” reads the caption.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s In It<\/strong><\/p>\n

The poster features Nushrratt Bharuccha in a colourful, retro-styled avatar, surrounded by oddball, animated drawings that allude to the comedic elements of the movie.<\/p>\n

The actress portrays a married Indian woman who is \u201cpyaar mein bholi\u2026gusse mein bandook ki goli.” Bharuccha was seen wearing a basic saree, a tied-up hairstyle, a mangalsutra and a few bangles in the poster.<\/p>\n

The poster Nushrratt\u2019s friend cum fellow actress, Mrunal Thakur\u2019s attention who quirkily asked, \u201cKaun hai yeh ladki?”<\/p>\n

The first look posters also shared the humorous roles played by actors Sohum Shah, Nora Fatehi, Omkar Kapoor and Sharib Hashmi. Nora will play the role of Kamini, a boisterous neighbour, while Sohum will play Kesari Lal Singh, an employee of the power department. Omkar Kapoor will play a police officer.<\/p>\n

Despite the film\u2019s lack of speech, the eye-catching image conveys that it is full of situational humour and emotive performances. The movie will be released in theatres on September 5.<\/p>\n

Ufff Yeh Siyapaa was written and directed by G Ashok and is produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under the Luv Films banner. The music has been composed by Oscar-winning AR Rahman.<\/p>\n

An official trailer for the movie will be released soon, but other details have been kept under wraps.<\/p>\n

In a cryptic post earlier Thursday, fans were teased with the film\u2019s title and release date. They posted on Instagram, saying, \u201cGear up for a unique cinematic experience where dialogues take a back seat and action speaks louder than words.”<\/p>\n

This project is the latest joint venture between Bharuccha and Ranjan, who have previously worked together on a number of successful comedies and dramas aimed at young people, such as Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2.<\/p>\n
