The makers of the upcoming musical drama, Song of Paradise, featuring Soni Razdan and Saba Azad in the lead roles, recently unveiled the film\u2019s first motion poster. Helmed by Danish Renzu, the show is backed by Farhan Akhtar\u2019s Excel Entertainment and will be streaming on the OTT giant Prime Video on August 29.<\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram, the makers dropped the motion poster of the film and wrote in the caption, \u201cfrom the echoes of Kashmir, rises an unforgettable voice. #SongsOfParadiseOnPrime, Aug 29.”<\/p>\n

Pashmina Roshan\u2019s Shoutout To Saba Azad<\/strong><\/p>\n

Soon after the makers dropped the posters, fans and admirers were quick to share their reactions to it. Among all, Saba\u2019s boyfriend, Hrithik Roshan\u2019s sister, Pashmina Roshan, also gave a special shout-out to her \u2018Sabzu\u2019 and expressed her excitement for the show.<\/p>\n

Sharing the motion poster on her stories, Pashmina wrote, \u201cCan\u2019t wait my Sabzu. Saba Azad.” In response, Saba re-shared the story on Instagram and captioned it, \u201cLove you my Pashee.”<\/p>\n

Pashmina Roshan And Saba Azad\u2019s Bond<\/strong><\/p>\n

Notably, Pashmina shares a close bond with Saba, often considering her a \u201csister” and a close friend rather than just her cousin\u2019s girlfriend.<\/p>\n

The Ishq Vishk Rebound actress has expressed that there\u2019s nothing she can\u2019t discuss with Saba and considers her a confidant who is supportive and doesn\u2019t judge her. The two are often seen together at family functions and have a strong, family-like connection.<\/p>\n

Songs of Paradise: Cast and Storyline<\/strong><\/p>\n

Songs of Paradise, a musical drama inspired by the life and journey of renowned Kashmiri singer Raj Begum. In the film, Saba Azad and Soni Razdan play the central character Noor Begum in two separate historical periods.<\/p>\n

Renzu, Niranjan Iyengar and Sunayana Kachroo wrote the story, which is set against the stunning backdrop of Kashmir. It is described as a wonderful drama that merges music, defiance and the relentless spirit of Kashmir\u2019s first prominent playback singer.<\/p>\n

The film also features celebs like Zain Khan Durrani, Sheeba Chaddha, Taaruk Raina and Lillete Dubey in pivotal roles.<\/p>\n

Pashmina Roshan\u2019s Work Front<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daughter of renowned music composer, Rajesh Roshan, she made her acting debut with the romantic drama film, Ishq Vishk Rebound, alongside Rohit Saraf, Jibraan Khan and Naila Grrewal. The film failed to impress the audience at the box office. She is yet to announce her next project.<\/p>\n
