iPhone 17 Pro series is likely to get this Samsung-like premium upgrade for the display which will make it really useful.<\/h2>\n

Apple is planning for some exciting changes with the iPhone 17 Pro series this year and no, we are not talking about the new camera layout and more AI features. The company could finally focus on a very important part of the devices which is the display.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And new reports suggest Apple iPhone 17 Pro is likely to offer anti-reflective displays with a scratch resistant layer to keep it protected. It might not sound like a big deal for now, but after seeing its use and purpose on the iPad Pro 2024 model, it seems imperative that at least the iPhone 17 Pro variants get it this year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iPhone 17 Pro \u2018Display Upgrade\u2019 Coming: What It Offers?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Samsung will get the credit for bringing anti-reflective coating on smartphones with the Galaxy S24 Ultra model last year, its own premium offering. Similarly, we are hoping that Apple adopts the iPad Pro-like panel on the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max which gives it more durability, better readability and the lack of reflection will become valuable once you don\u2019t have it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It has more functional reasons to be offered and we really hope these rumours are true. After all, you already have the ProMotion 120Hz display on the iPhone Pro models, and having this layer will add further sheen to the screen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Reports this week also say Apple will offer a new telephoto lens with up to 8x optical zoom which is higher than the 5x optical range available with the iPhone 16 Pro models.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The company is also expected to bring a new pro camera app<\/a> which works for photos and videos. The report says the app will be designed to compete with other Pro-level iOS apps for the camera.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apple could add another camera control button which could sit on the top edge of the iPhones that will give you easy access to the camera. You\u2019ve already got one button for the cameras on the bottom right near the power button so we\u2019re not sure why Apple wants to bring another button for the same function.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apple is rumoured to be taking the camera bar route with the iPhone 17 Pro series and the leaks have vouched for the change.<\/span><\/p>\n
