HoABL and Zepto said in a release that users will be redirected to a dedicated page for HoABL’s offerings, as part of the partnership, if thet type “land” into the search bar of the app.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has teamed up with Zepto to bring land buying to your smartphone\u2014within minutes. Starting this Janmashtami, users can simply type \u201cland” in the Zepto app to explore HoABL\u2019s projects, pay a token amount, and even connect with a sales rep to take things forward.<\/p>\n

HoABL, which has projects in Goa, Alibaug, Ayodhya, Dapoli, and Vrindavan, is expanding into new hotspots like Amritsar and Shimla. Its newly launched Vrindavan Global project is also available through the tie-up.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis collaboration widens our reach and makes land investment faster, simpler and fully digital,” said Saurabh Jain, CMO, HoABL.<\/p>\n

For Zepto, this is about pushing boundaries beyond groceries and essentials. \u201cHoABL already lets customers buy plots online. By bringing it to Zepto, we\u2019re taking that journey to millions of households,” said Chandan Mendiratta, chief brand and culture officer, Zepto.<\/p>\n

HoABL and Zepto said in a release that users will be redirected to a dedicated page for HoABL\u2019s offerings, as part of the partnership, if thet type \u201cland” into the search bar of the app. With some clicks, users will be able to access the inventory available for sale, initiate an inquiry, and also connect to a representative of HoABL to take sales forward. Buyers can pay a refundable token amount, with subsequent payments staggered.<\/p>\n
