WWE superstar Naomi appeared on Monday Night Raw to reveal she is pregnant with her and Jimmy Uso’s first baby together.<\/h2>\n

WWE stars Naomi and Jimmy Uso are expecting a baby. The wrestling couple revealed Naomi, 37, is pregnant with their first child together as she stepped out in front of the live crowd on Netflix\u2019s Monday Night Raw. The announcement was made with a preview clip for Stephanie McMahon\u2019s What\u2019s Your Story? podcast, as Jimmy said: \u201cWe need y\u2019all to proceed with caution, because there is a baby on board!”<\/p>\n

Naomi added: \u201cI\u2019m pregnant, and I\u2019m having a baby!” Back in the arena in Philadelphia, the Women\u2019s World Champion received a standing ovation from a raucous crowd.<\/p>\n

She slipped back into character, insisting she wasn\u2019t going to hand over the gold \u2013 which she did eventually relinquish \u2013 and urging onscreen boss Adam Pearrce to get out of the ring.<\/p>\n

The crowd chanted \u201cbaby Uso”, before Naomi vowed to be back in nine months to take on the \u201cheffers” in the women\u2019s division.<\/p>\n

In a full version of the podcast, the veteran wrestler confirmed she is seven weeks pregnant, and found out on August 10, one day before she was pulled from Monday Night Raw.<\/p>\n

She explained: \u201cI found out Sunday [August 10] on the road. In my hotel room.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had been feeling a little different, a little weird. Wanted to take a test to make sure and rule that out.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot thinking \u2013 because it\u2019s been a long journey with fertility issues that I\u2019ve had. I really didn\u2019t think it was possible.”<\/p>\n

Before making her WWE debut 13 years ago, Naomi had an oophorectomy to remove her right ovary, and in 2020 she had \u201ctonnes” of fibroids removed in a myomectomy, which left her out of action for seven months.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cOn top of being 37 and only having one ovary, we thought that, naturally, I couldn\u2019t any more.”<\/p>\n

Naomi \u2013 who joked on Raw that her husband likes to \u201cNetflix and chill” \u2013 admitted she was \u201cstressed” about letting her bosses know.<\/p>\n

She noted: \u201cThere is no way to know 100% for sure, but we had been advised that [we would need help to get pregnant].<\/p>\n

\u201cI found out Sunday, called him, had to go to work. Stressed about having to tell work because of where I am right now as the champion. Of all times.”<\/p>\n

Naomi added that she is \u201chappy” about the news, even if she will need more regularly checkups than some pregnancies.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201c\u2018It\u2019s a lot to process, but I\u2019m happy. I want to get through this healthy because I am high risk.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m gonna have to get check ups more often, but everything is looking good. We\u2019re off to a good start.”<\/p>\n
