Janhvi Kapoor is currently busy promoting her upcoming film with Sidharth Malhotra, Param Sundari, a rom-com based on two people from different cultures. Today, celebrating Janmashtami, the actress went to attend a Dahi Handi celebration, and the clips from the event are taking over the internet.<\/p>\n

In one of the videos that are now going viral, Janhvi<\/a> looks stunning in a beautiful light-coloured traditional outfit. The actress wore a shiny, heavily embroidered blouse and paired it with a light-coloured long skirt. Kapoor tied her hair back in a beautiful braid with stylish, intricate accessories that elevated her appearance. For jewellery, she opted for a stacked necklace and big chunky earrings.<\/p>\n

In the video, Janhvi was also seen breaking the Dahi Handi (pot). Before the ritual, she asked, \u201cZor se marna padega,” and then she broke the matki and celebrated the festival with her fans.<\/p>\n

About Param Sundari\u2019s Trailer<\/strong><\/p>\n

The trailer offers a peek into the colourful world of a Delhi boy, played by Sidharth Malhotra, and a Kerala girl, played by Janhvi Kapoor<\/a>. They come from completely different worlds, and their culture clash leads to fun, drama, and plenty of romance as they meet, fall in love, and try to make it work.<\/p>\n

Janhvi Kapoor opened up about the film and said, \u201cSundari is deeply personal to me. Her grace, quiet strength, and love for her roots resonate with my own South Indian heritage. Shooting in Kerala, surrounded by such beauty, I felt an emotional connection to her world that I hope the audience will feel too.”<\/p>\n

Sidharth Malhotra said, \u201cWith Param Sundari, I feel like I\u2019m revisiting the kind of romance I grew up loving, but telling it in a way that feels fresh and relatable. Param has that Delhi boy charm, with a love story that makes you cross worlds. We wanted it to look as beautiful as it feels, and Kerala\u2019s magic really made that happen. I hope the audience feels the same warmth and joy we felt while making it.”<\/p>\n

The romantic drama starring Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra, directed by Tushar Jalota, is set to release on August 29.<\/p>\n
