BTS leader RM has always been admired for his honesty and thoughtful words, and in a recent interview with Harper\u2019s Bazaar Korea, he once again captured fans\u2019 hearts. From his viral saxophone moment at Jin\u2019s discharge to his heartfelt appreciation for ARMY, RM spoke openly about his journey in and out of the military, the group\u2019s bond, and the advice he often hears from his fellow members.<\/p>\n

RM admitted that his saxophone skills weren\u2019t perfect, but he was happy that his playful attempt made people laugh. Behind the humour, he credited ARMY as the reason he keeps moving forward, calling them his \u201cgreatest strength” through both highs and lows.<\/p>\n

RM on His Bond With BTS Members<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the interview, RM reflected on how his conversations with the BTS members have evolved over the years. Before enlistment, his go-to line was, \u201cGuys, I have something to say, gather around.” But after his military service, his tone shifted to more caring exchanges like, \u201cHey, aren\u2019t you guys tired?” and \u201cAre you coming today?”<\/p>\n

Playfully known as the group\u2019s \u201cDestruction King,” RM also revealed how his fellow members constantly tease and protect him from mishaps. He shared their recurring words of caution: \u201cDon\u2019t do anything\u2014like driving or cooking. When I\u2019m trying something, they say, \u2018Namjoon, just stay still. Don\u2019t worry, we will do it.\u2019 I think I hear this the most. \u2018Namjoon, you did well, but don\u2019t do anything.\u2019”<\/p>\n

This mix of affection and playful teasing highlights the unique camaraderie within BTS, showing how much they care for one another both on and off stage.<\/p>\n

RM\u2019s Gratitude Toward ARMY<\/strong><\/p>\n

RM also addressed BTS\u2019 loyal fans directly, acknowledging their unwavering support even during uncertain times. \u201cYour presence isn\u2019t something we take for granted, and for that, we are grateful. The fact that you still believe in us so much, we\u2019ve had a lot of ups and downs, too. You are the foundation we lean on. We can step out into the world once more to do something that\u2019s still our greatest strength.”<\/p>\n
