Exactly ten years ago on this day, Karan Malhotra\u2019s sports-action drama Brothers hit the big screen. Even after a decade, audiences vividly remember its high-octane action sequences, sweat-soaked training montages and the emotionally charged sibling rivalry between Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra\u2019s<\/a> characters.<\/p>\n

The film also featured Jackie Shroff, Jacqueline Fernandez and Shefali Shah in pivotal roles. To celebrate this significant milestone, veteran actor Jackie Shroff took a walk down memory lane and shared a heartfelt throwback post.<\/p>\n

The first look of Brothers was revealed on March 9, 2015 and the film was released in theatres on August 14, the day before Independence Day. Jackie Shroff plays their father, Gary Fernandes, a man whose life takes a tragic turn when, in a drunken rage, he accidentally kills his wife Maria (Shefali Shah).
