Netflix is all set to reveal the first look of Aryan Khan\u2019s directorial debut, The Ba**ds Of Bollywood, the upcoming project from Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan\u2019s son.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n

Netflix is preparing to unveil the first look of Aryan Khan\u2019s debut project as a director, The Ba**ds of Bollywood, with an official reveal set for August 20 at a special event in Mumbai. The series, which marks the entry of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan\u2019s son into filmmaking, was first confirmed on February 3 this year. The release date remains under wraps as of now.<\/p>\n

The production team has kept casting details under tight secrecy. However, industry chatter suggests that Mona Singh plays a central role, with speculation about appearances from Bobby Deol, Ranbir Kapoor, and other notable stars. Reports also hint at cameo performances by Salman Khan, Karan Johar, and Ranveer Singh.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Zoom earlier, casting director Karan Mally shed light on the meticulous selection process for the series. \u201cIt was a long process because Aryan is very particular about everything that he wants, which is a good thing. He doesn\u2019t let go of any character, however big or small it is. He has a very clear brief for every character. Every character is written well,” Mally explained. He added, \u201cIt was a usual process. We went about auditioning and a lot of auditions were done for every character. We were also casting for that project for a long time, because it had quite a few characters. It was a fun one.”<\/p>\n

Aryan Khan has co-written The Ba**ds of Bollywood* with Bilal Siddiqi and Manav Chauhan. The series follows \u201can ambitious outsider and his friends [as they] navigate the larger-than-life yet uncertain world of Bollywood,” according to its official synopsis. The main cast reportedly includes Lakshya, Sahher Bambba, and Raghav Juyal, alongside the rumoured special appearances.<\/p>\n

Actor Manish Chaudhari, who has worked with Aryan on the show, had earlier told Radio Nasha Official that the show\u2019s trailer is \u201cjust around the corner.” Manish recalled working with Aryan and said, \u201cAryan must be around 26-27 now. When we started working, he was around 24-25, and the amount of clarity that he came in with, and the amount of youthful energy of a mid-20s person, I was like\u2026”<\/p>\n

Manish called Aryan outstanding and added, \u201cAnd to also have the craft to understand that because he has an education in filmmaking, and he has come with that. So the foundation is very strong, the intent is very clear, and how it has turned out, we will know very soon.”<\/p>\n
