Stocks to Watch On August 12, 2025: <\/strong>Markets started the week on a strong note, rising nearly 1% and offering some relief after recent declines. In today\u2019s trade, several stocks will be in focus due to key developments.<\/p>\n

Hindustan Aeronautics, ONGC, Cochin Shipyard, Jindal Steel & Power, Bharat Dynamics<\/strong><\/p>\n

These companies will remain in focus as they are set to announce their Q1FY25 results.<\/p>\n

Hindalco Industries<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reported a 36% year-on-year drop in net income attributable to common shareholders, coming in at $96 million for Q1FY26.<\/p>\n

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tata Group\u2019s hospitality arm said its board and a designated committee have approved acquiring controlling stakes in ANK Hotels Pvt Ltd and Pride Hospitality Pvt Ltd for a total of Rs 204 crore.<\/p>\n

Bata India<\/strong><\/p>\n

Posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 52 crore for Q1FY26, down 70.1% from Rs 174 crore a year ago.<\/p>\n

Ashoka Buildcon<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 217.3 crore for Q1FY26, a 44.6% increase from Rs 150.3 crore in the same quarter last year.<\/p>\n

Adani Enterprises<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through its subsidiary Horizon Aero Solutions, acquired full ownership of Indamer Technics.<\/p>\n

SJVN<\/strong><\/p>\n

The state-owned firm posted a 36.2% decline in Q1 profit, falling to Rs 227.8 crore from Rs 357 crore a year earlier.<\/p>\n

Astral Ltd<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reported a 32.7% drop in Q1FY26 profit to Rs 81 crore from Rs 120.4 crore in the year-ago period.<\/p>\n

Tilaknagar Industries<\/strong><\/p>\n

The IMFL producer saw net profit surge 121.25% year-on-year to Rs 88.5 crore in Q1FY26.<\/p>\n

Shree Vijay Industries<\/strong><\/p>\n

Profit slumped 93.7% to Rs 5.3 crore in Q1FY26, compared with Rs 84.1 crore in the same period last year.<\/p>\n

Medi Assist<\/strong><\/p>\n

Promoter Bessemer India is likely to sell up to 4% stake in the company via block deals, according to reports.<\/p>\n
