Bobby Deol is proud that Ahaan Panday\u2019s Saiyaara received an overwhelming response from the audience. In a recent interview, the Animal actor discussed the success of Mohit Suri\u2019s directorial and shared that it felt very personal to him.<\/p>\n

Recalling his memories of Ahaan Panday<\/a> from the latter\u2019s childhood, Deol told Faridoon Shahryar, \u201cI loved Saiyaara. I was so happy because Ahaan grew up right in front of me. I remember the days when he was little, wearing a Spider-Man outfit, always hitting a punching bag\u2026 He\u2019s been energetic since childhood.”<\/p>\n

Bobby Deol expressed that Ahaan Panday\u2019s debut felt to him as though it was his own child\u2019s debut. \u201cAhaan waited for eight years almost for Saiyaara to be released. Even how this film came to him is an amazing story. I was really happy. It felt like my own child\u2019s film had been released, and it became such a big hit. It felt so nice,” he added.<\/p>\n

Deol even shared that he got emotional while watching the movie and stated, \u201cI cried so much while watching that film; it\u2019s such an emotional story. Mohit Suri (director) has done such a great job. Saiyaara is a director\u2019s film, but he got great actors to play the characters. Both Ahaan and Aneet were so interesting to watch. The way Mohit weaved the screenplay, built the story, the music\u2026 everything aligned perfectly, and such things happen very rarely.”<\/p>\n

Bollywood Actors Praise Saiyaara<\/h4>\n

Alia Bhatt described Ahaan and Aneet as \u201ctwo magical stars” and praised their individuality and honesty in their performances. She also appreciated director Mohit Suri\u2019s storytelling and musical choices.<\/p>\n

Ranveer Singh also termed Saiyaara \u201cheartfelt” and praised Mohit Suri\u2019s direction, saying it was the \u201cvery best” of him.<\/p>\n

Anil Kapoor also shared a still from the movie on his Instagram story and captioned it \u201cWhat a film”, indicating his admiration for the movie.<\/p>\n

What Does Saiyaara Revolve Around?<\/h4>\n

Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara follows the love story of Krish Kapoor (Ahaan Panday), a dreamer who wants to become a singing sensation, and Vaani Batra (Aneet Padda), an aspiring journalist. Their lives take unexpected turns as love, ambition, and societal pressures clash in this emotionally charged romance. The film has earned over Rs 500 crore at the box office as of now.<\/p>\n
