Google Pixel Drop in July 2025 comes bearing gifts and surprises for Pixel 9 users along with freebies via Gemini AI. Pixel users also get a host of new features with the latest Google Pixel update that will be available over-the-air for eligible Pixel devices. <\/span><\/p>\n

Google tends to keep these Pixel drop updates limited to new features but this month Pixel 9 Pro users are able to unlock a wide range of tools courtesy Gemini AI. And if you have a Pixel Watch model, Google\u2019s AI assistant will start working on the wearable if you install the new update.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Goodies For Pixel 9 Pro Users<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new Pixel drop update is offering a free subscription of Gemini AI Pro plan for one year to the Pixel 9 Pro users. Using this AI plan lets you access the latest Veo 3 text-to-video generation tool with limited features, the Deep Research, the Gemini 2.5 Pro model and more. You also get 2TB of storage to use across Photos, Drive, Docs and Gmail. The Gemini AI Pro is priced at Rs 1,950 per month in India, but free with the new update for the Pixel 9 Pro owners.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

AI Mode For More Search Features<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Pixel Drop update also brings AI mode in Circle to Search for users in India and the US. Google lets them get responses for text-based prompts with the Search tool on the mobile devices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gemini For Pixel Watch<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The other big Pixel drop update this month is the support for Gemini AI on Pixel Watch. Samsung announced the AI assistant for its Galaxy Watch 8 series, and now Google is bringing it to the Pixel models. Using Gemini you can send messages, plan for travel, set reminders and summarise emails, all on the wrist itself. You just need a Wear OS 4 or later running smartwatch, in this case, the Pixel Watch 2 and the 3 models.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
