Farah Khan\u2019s cooking vlogs have become a delightful mix of food, friendship, and Bollywood banter. In her latest episode, she visited siblings Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor, bringing along her ever-popular cook, Dileep. Known for his charm and quick wit, Dileep didn\u2019t just cook \u2014 he entertained, even dancing with Arjun in the middle of the episode.<\/p>\n

As the banter flowed, both Arjun and Anshula playfully declared Dileep to be the \u201cmain star” of the vlog. Farah, never one to miss a beat, rolled her eyes and quipped, \u201cI am the star-maker, what do I do? Rakhi Sawant, then Deepika [Padukone], and now\u2026” \u2014 leaving the sentence hanging with an unmistakable nod toward Dileep.<\/p>\n

The Origin of Farah\u2019s Cooking Vlogs<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the episode, Arjun asked Farah how the idea for her YouTube channel began. Farah revealed that she initially planned it as a pure cooking vlog, but soon realised it was too much work alone. Bringing Dileep onboard provided not just culinary help but also a dynamic presence for on-screen banter.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe first vlog clicked, and by the second vlog we had a silver button,” Farah said, crediting the unique blend of cooking, celebrity appearances, and humour for the channel\u2019s rapid success.<\/p>\n

When Anshula reiterated, \u201cBut Dileep is the star!” and Arjun added, \u201cSorry to inform you!”, Dileep joined in the fun, answering rapid-fire questions. When asked who he preferred in Gunday \u2014 Ranveer Singh or Arjun Kapoor \u2014 he diplomatically, and perhaps strategically, picked Arjun.<\/p>\n

Farah Khan: From Bollywood Debuts to YouTube Star-Maker<\/strong><\/p>\n

Farah\u2019s \u201cstar-maker” comment isn\u2019t just a joke \u2014 it\u2019s rooted in her career. She cast Rakhi Sawant in Main Hoon Na and launched Deepika Padukone opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om. Now, with her vlogs, she\u2019s inadvertently given Dileep a fan following of his own.<\/p>\n

Since starting the vlogs in 2024, Farah and Dileep have visited multiple celebrity homes, cooking meals and sharing candid conversations. The format has evolved into a web series-style show loved for its authenticity and humour, proving Farah\u2019s knack for blending entertainment with relatability \u2014 whether in films or on YouTube.<\/p>\n
