Anushka Sen turned up at a promotional event for upcoming musical drama Hai Junoon earlier this week. The series stars her childhood friend Siddharth Nigam alongside Neil Nitin Mukesh and Jacqueliene Fernandez among others. In the latest, a video from the party has surfaced on the internet that depicts a candid chat between the two friends.<\/p>\n

In the clip, Anushka was seen discussing something hilarious with Siddharth Nigam and his brother Abhishek Nigam. Both the brothers could be seen laughing out loud as the actress went on with her conversation. Anushka Sen wore a simple yet elegant red gown while Siddharth Nigam went for a casual look in a blue tee and denim.<\/p>\n

Siddharth Nigam describes his role in Hai Junoon as a breakthrough for his career. He told IANS, \u201cFrom the heart \u2014 I\u2019m overwhelmed by the love on the teaser. It\u2019s hard to explain what I\u2019m feeling\u2026 a mix of joy, emotion, and a quiet \u2018finally.\u2019 I know I\u2019ve been a little distant, but I wasn\u2019t gone \u2014 I was manifesting this moment.” He also reflected on the ups and downs of his career stating that the path has not been simple. He said, \u201cI\u2019ve faced rejections, questioned myself, but never stopped believing. From TV blockbusters to now stepping into a big web series \u2014 this isn\u2019t just my win, it\u2019s ours. This is just the beginning.”<\/p>\n

The series follows the lives of students at Andersons College in Mumbai, where music and dance become a mode of fulfilling aspirations and self-discovery. Abhishek Sharma directed Hai Junoon which stars Jacqueline Fernandez as Pearl and Neil Nitin Mukesh as Gagan. Apart from Siddharth, Sumedh Mudgalkar, Yukti Thareja, Aryan Katoch, Priyank Sharma, Kunwar Amar, Mohan Pandey, Elisha Mayor, Sanchit Kundra, Sanatana Roach, Devangshi Sen, Anusha Mani, Bhavin Bhanushali and Arnav Magoo play key roles. Hai Junoon released on JioHotstar on May 16.<\/p>\n
