Ektaa Kapoor recently teased fans with major updates about Naagin 7<\/a>. The filmmaker, on Thursday, posted a video on Instagram, talking about the much-awaited show with her team. During the candid discussion, Ektaa confirmed that the supernatural drama is currently in production and will premiere soon on television. She also added that the cast for Naagin 7 has been finalised.<\/p>\n

In the clip, Ektaa Kapoor is seen alongside her creative team. She said, \u201cWe are currently doing research on Naagin 7.” Later, Ektaa asked one of her team members about the casting of the television series, to which the person replied, \u201cWe have already found, haven\u2019t we?”<\/p>\n

Ektaa added, \u201cTrust me, we are working very hard.” Keeping it light-hearted, the producer, with lots of humour, added, \u201cWe have finally finished the casting of Naagin.”<\/p>\n

Soon after Ektaa Kapoor shared the video, the speculations about the show\u2019s potential cast began. Gossip TV reported that Vivian Dsena and Isha Malviya could be roped in to play the leads in the show. If the news turns out to be true, the upcoming show will mark Vivian\u2019s first project after Bigg Boss 18. On the other hand, Isha was last seen in Lovely Lolla, a show produced by Ravie Dubey and Sargun Mehta\u2019s production banner, Dreamiyata Dramaa.<\/p>\n

Last month, when Isha Malviya was asked whether she would be playing the lead in Naagin 7 during an interaction with paps, she had replied, \u201cYou want me to be there. You never know. I don\u2019t know. Anything can happen! If you want me as Naagin, please go and text Ektaa Ma\u2019am.”<\/p>\n

Ektaa Kapoor\u2019s supernatural show, Naagin, has been one of the most popular series since its first season, which featured Mouni Roy in the lead role. Later, Anita Hassanandani, Adaa Khan, Surbhi Jyoti and Nia Sharma were also seen playing the role of Ichaadaari Naagin.<\/p>\n

The last season featured Tejasswi Prakash, Simba Nagpal and Pratik Sehajpal in the lead roles.<\/p>\n
