Cardholders will continue to have access to a dedicated relationship manager and 24×7 support, according to the communication.

There is a transition period for new travel-related bookings, which are unavailable from September 7 through October 10.

American Express has said it regularly reviews its card benefits to ensure they remain relevant to the changing needs and preferences of cardholders.

Source link

American Express has revised the milestone rewards on its Platinum Travel Credit Card with effect from September 10, removing the 7,500 Membership Rewards points linked to annual spending of ₹1.9 lakh and changing the benefit available at the ₹7 lakh spending level.
