The airport operator said it had made efforts to assist affected passengers and provide them with the necessary support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SpiceJet staff cite operational issues<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbctv18.com\/business\/aviation\/spicejet-adds-3-airbus-a320s-on-damp-lease-to-expand-domestic-network-19952115.htm\">SpiceJet<\/a> ground staff member at Kochi airport attributed the disruptions to operational and technical issues rather than weather conditions. Speaking with Onmanorama, the staff said, &#8220;We are facing delays mainly due to operational reasons. We haven\u2019t stated bad weather as the reason from our staff side. We cannot say it\u2019s because of bad weather because other flights are operating normally from here. It is mainly due to operational and technical reasons.
