All segments, geographies, and channels achieved strong double-digit growth led by another exceptional quarter from Salomon Softgoods, a strong Arc&#8217;teryx omni-comp, and a Wilson Tennis 360 acceleration,\u201d said <strong><em>James Zheng, chief executive officer, Amer Sports<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted operating profit rose 209 per cent to $208 million, with adjusted operating margin improving by 730 basis points to 12.8 per cent. Net income attributable to equity holders surged 489 per cent to $107 million, while adjusted net income rose 252 per cent to $127 million.<\/p>\n<p>Diluted earnings per share (EPS) reached $0.18, and adjusted diluted EPS was $0.22. Gross margin expanded by 710 basis points to 65.6 per cent, including a 390 basis point benefit from net tariff refunds.<\/p>\n<h3>\tAll regions and segments deliver double-digit growth<\/h3>\n<p>Geographically, double-digit revenue growth across all major regions. China (plusTaiwan) led with a 36 per cent YoY increase to $556 million, while Asia Pacific (excluding\u00a0Greater China) surged 60 per cent to $248 million, Amer Sports said in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>The Americas grew 26 per cent to $497 million, and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) rose 20 per cent to $332 million. Segment-wise, Technical Apparel revenue grew 32 per cent to $674 million, Outdoor Performance advanced 37 per cent to $569 million, and Ball &amp; Racquet Sports increased 24 per cent to $390 million.<\/p>\n<p>DTC channel revenue climbed 40 per cent to $897 million, while wholesale revenue rose 24 per cent to $736 million.<\/p>\n<h3>\tMargins and profitability strengthen<\/h3>\n<p>The gross margin for the quarter reached 65.6 per cent, up 710 basis points YoY, supported by tariff refunds and improved product mix. Adjusted operating margin increased to 12.8 per cent from 5.5 per cent in the prior-year period. By segment, Technical Apparel\u2019s adjusted operating margin rose 470 basis points to 18.8 per cent, Outdoor Performance increased 800 basis points to 14.6 per cent, and Ball &amp; Racquet Sports improved 1,300 basis points to 17.2 per cent. Adjusted EBITDA climbed to $312 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 19.1 per cent.<\/p>\n<h3>\tGuidance raised for full year 2026<\/h3>\n<p>Reflecting the strong first-half performance and ongoing demand, Amer Sports raised its FY26 outlook. The company now expects reported revenue growth of approximately 24 per cent, with gross margin in the range of 60.5 to 61.0 per cent and operating margin between 14.2 and 14.5 per cent.
