For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Delta Galil has reported a net revenue of $570.6 million, representing a 7 per cent increase year on year (YoY). The net income attributable to shareholders rose 13 per cent YoY to $24.2 million, while operating income advanced 11 per cent to $46.8 million. The company\u2019s operating margin improved to 8.2 per cent from 7.8 per cent in the prior-year period. Basic earnings per share (EPS) increased to $0.92, up from $0.81 in Q2 2025, according to the company\u2019s earnings release.<\/p>\n

The branded segment delivered revenue of $330.2 million, up 9 per cent YoY, supported by strong sales in the US and Europe. The private label segment contributed $240.4 million in revenue, rising 5 per cent YoY, with growth across key retail partners, Delta Galil said in a press release.<\/p>\n Geographically, US sales accounted for 58 per cent of total revenue and increased 8 per cent YoY, while European sales grew 6 per cent, representing 30 per cent of the quarterly total. Asia-Pacific revenue remained stable, comprising 8 per cent of total sales.<\/p>\n Gross profit for the quarter reached $206.5 million, with a gross margin of 36.2 per cent, up from 35.4 per cent a year earlier. The improvement was attributed to product mix, cost optimisation initiatives, and higher sales of premium products. EBITDA for Q2 2026 stood at $59.7 million, a 10 per cent increase YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 10.5 per cent.<\/p>\n Capital expenditure (capex) during the quarter totalled $12.3 million, focused on automation and digital transformation projects.<\/p>\n For full-year 2026,\u00a0Delta Galil is expecting revenue in the range of $2.19 billion to $2.22 billion, up from its previous outlook of $2.13 billion to $2.16 billion. Net income attributable to shareholders is forecast at $90 million to $95 million, compared to prior guidance of $83 million to $88 million.<\/p>\n The company cited ongoing strength in consumer demand, further margin expansion, and continued investments in innovation and supply chain as key drivers of its positive outlook for the remainder of the year.<\/p>\n
