At Bharat Tex *<\/span>*<\/span>*<\/span>*<\/span>, Zeel Climate Clothing presented a new line-up of summer-related clothing, as across the globe, summers turn extreme, and India, being a tropical country, has witnessed heatwaves for several months now.<\/p>\n Zeel has tested and developed a prototype that helps a consumer remain cool whilst using it in an area where there is no wind or air around it. Rohit Trivedi, director at Zeel<\/strong><\/em>, said in an interview with Fibre*<\/span>Fashion that the fabric is heat-resistant and does not let the heat come inside the body.<\/p>\n \u201cSo, we create an inner atmosphere wherein the temperatures inside are kept constant as compared to the outside, and then the fan acts as a continuous circulation of air,\u201d he said, adding that this helps in creating a \u201cfeel good factor\u201d such as splashing water during summers.<\/p>\n He mentioned that clothing is part of the growth of performance fabric. Trivedi said that apart from synthetics and natural fibres, people are wearing more performance clothing. \u201cMore of a thing called functional fashion. There has to be some function to the fashion, and we are seeing a huge traction over there,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
