Authorities found that the decorator entered the coach at Jalna station without permission, describing \u201cit is viewed as a serious lapse\u201d in railway procedures.<br \/>Asserting that strict action has been taken in the case, it added, \u201cThe concerned staff member has been placed under suspension, and a detailed departmental inquiry has been ordered.
