According to the company, the programme covered 13,376 accommodation properties across 1,002 cities as of June 30, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe launch comes as online travel platforms increasingly use loyalty programmes to encourage repeat bookings and strengthen customer retention amid growing competition in the travel sector.<br \/>Unlike traditional hotel loyalty programmes that are typically limited to a single hotel chain, OneCircle allows customers to earn and redeem reward points across participating accommodation partners on MakeMyTrip&#8217;s platform.<br \/>The company said the network includes 12,330 properties across 868 Indian cities and 1,046 properties across 134 destinations in 39 countries. Around three-fourths of the participating properties are located in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.<\/p>\n<p>According to MakeMyTrip, properties were selected based on customer ratings, assessments by its supply team and the willingness of accommodation partners to participate in the programme.<\/p>\n<p>For accommodation providers, the programme is intended to encourage repeat bookings by allowing customers to redeem rewards across different participating properties rather than being tied to a single hotel brand.<\/p>\n<p>Rajesh Magow, Executive Director and Group CEO of MakeMyTrip, said the company aims to offer customers a simpler rewards programme while helping accommodation partners attract repeat business.<\/p>\n<p>The company said the programme has been rolled out in phases and has seen encouraging early adoption, although it did not disclose booking or redemption figures.<\/p>\n<p>The launch adds a loyalty programme to MakeMyTrip&#8217;s portfolio, which includes the MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and redBus platforms, as online travel companies increasingly look to use rewards and membership programmes to improve customer retention.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbctv18.com\/travel\/makemytrip-launches-hotel-rewards-programme-with-minimum-10pc-cashback-in-points-19940977.htm\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MakeMyTrip has launched OneCircle, a hotel rewards programme that offers travellers reward points worth at least 10% of their accommodation spend on eligible bookings.
