Zee TV\u2019s latest reality show, Chhoriyan Chali Gaon<\/a>, is entertaining viewers with its unique and fresh concept rooted in the essence of Indian rural life. Hosted by the ever-charismatic Rannvijay Singha, the show brings together 11 spirited celebrity women who have traded their modern, urban lifestyles for the simplicity and challenges of village life.<\/p>\n

Premiered on August 3, the show promises entertainment with a real-life twist as contestants are pushed beyond their comfort zones with no gadgets, modern luxuries or city comforts. From milking cows and cooking on traditional chulhas to handling daily chores in the unpredictable rural setup, survival depends on their grit, creativity and adaptability.<\/p>\n

Following a grand welcome by the villagers, the contestants were taken to their assigned village homes, where the real challenge began. In the promo shared on Instagram, viewers will see UK-based singer and actress Rameet Sandhu face the stark realities of village life. Though she was experiencing Indian village life for the very first time, she smartly devised quirky hacks to overcome each challenge, to everyone\u2019s surprise.<\/p>\n

When she realised she couldn\u2019t wear her footwear inside the villagers\u2019 house, she wrapped her feet in plastic bags to protect them from dirt and injuries. At night, her dupatta turned into a makeshift mosquito net when insects became a nighttime nuisance.<\/p>\n

As per a report by Zee news, Rameet shared, \u201cI have a habit of wearing slippers at home. When I found out I couldn\u2019t wear them inside the village houses, I was like, \u2018Okay\u2026 now what?\u2019 Then it struck me\u2014if I can\u2019t wear chappals, I\u2019ll make my own! I wrapped my feet in plastic bags like makeshift footwear, and to my surprise, it actually worked.”<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd at night, when the insects refused to leave me alone, my dupatta became my quick-fix machardani. Life in the gaon pushes me out of my comfort zone every single day, but it\u2019s also teaching me to think on my feet\u2014literally! I\u2019m ready to take on whatever challenge comes next,” she added.<\/p>\n
