Indian denim fabric manufacturer Vishal Fabrics Limited, part of the Chiripal Group, has reported a 23 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in profit after tax (PAT) for fiscal 2026 (FY26), supported by steady demand, operational efficiencies and value-added product growth.<\/p>\n
For FY26, the company\u2019s total income stood at \u20b91,603.25 crore (~$166.42 million), up 5 per cent year-over-year (YoY). PAT increased to \u20b935.64 crore (~$3.70 million) during the year, compared with \u20b929 crore in the previous fiscal.<\/p>\n

\nQ4 FY26 PAT increased 22 per cent YoY.
\nThe company attributed its performance to operational efficiencies, steady demand, value-added products, and resilient supply chains. <\/p>\n
\u201cVishal Fabrics Limited delivered a steady performance in FY26, backed by stronger operational efficiencies, disciplined execution, and healthy demand for value-added products,\u201d said Dharmesh Dattani, CFO of Vishal Fabrics Limited.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\nIn the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY26, the company reported total income of \u20b9348.60 crore. PAT for the quarter stood at \u20b98.93 crore, registering a 22 per cent YoY increase from \u20b97.34 crore in Q4 FY25.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn Q4 FY26, we continued strengthening our integrated manufacturing capabilities while expanding our presence across existing and emerging markets,\u201d added Dattani.<\/p>\n
Demand remained steady, supported by growing preference for quality-driven and sustainable textile solutions in key domestic and international markets, Vishal Fabrics said in a press release.<\/p>\n
Despite a dynamic global environment, the company\u2019s focus on operational stability, resilient supply chains and customer relationships helped it maintain momentum through the quarter.<\/p>\n
\u201cGoing forward, we remain committed to improving operational agility and creating long-term value for all stakeholders,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
