One of the most revered shrines, the Kedarnath Temple, will open its portals on April 22.<\/p>\n<p>Located in the Garhwal Himalayan range, this temple draws thousands of devotees from across the country.<\/p>\n<p>\nTo ensure a safe and smooth pilgrimage, the district administration in Rudraprayag has introduced a high-tech monitoring system along the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbctv18.com\/travel\/kedarnath-dham-to-reopen-for-devotees-on-april-22-other-char-dham-dates-announced-ws-l-19850439.htm\">Kedarnath Yatra<\/a> route. A dedicated 24&#215;7 control room has been set up to keep a close watch on the entire yatra route, stretching from Gaurikund to the Kedarnath Temple.<br \/>The officials have enhanced surveillance measures further by installing 360-degree cameras at key points, along the trekking route.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to that, around 90 additional cameras across the highway, trekking route, and temple campus. These systems will enable real-time monitoring and quick response to any situation.<\/p>\n<p>\nAuthorities have also integrated a public announcement system to broadcast important updates, advisories, and directions to pilgrims as and when required during the yatra. Sector and sub-sector officers have also been deployed for close monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo ensure the successful conduct of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbctv18.com\/india\/entry-of-non-hindus-to-badrinath-kedarnath-to-be-barred-from-this-year-ws-l-19867273.htm\">Kedarnath Yatra<\/a>, we have established a control room in each district, housing the police, government, and other necessary personnel. This control room operates 24 hours a day. Sector and sub-sector officers have been appointed to monitor the entire area&#8230;Approximately 90 cameras have been installed&#8230;We can even provide guidance by speaking from here. This command and control centre and these cameras are of high quality and will be very helpful in the successful conduct of the Yatra,\u201d said Mishra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All work has been streamlined<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee Chairman Hemant Dwivedi confirmed that preparations at all administrative levels are complete. Advance teams have been stationed at key locations, and all maintenance, pilgrim facilities, and puja arrangements have been streamlined ahead of the temple openings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt the government level, administration level, district level, and all departments associated with the pilgrimage, all preparations have been completed. Final touches are being given. For the opening of Baba Kedar\u2019s doors on the 22nd and Lord Badrinath\u2019s doors on the 23rd, advanced teams have been sent.
