iQOO 15R has launched in India this week, making it the latest from the brand to focus on performance but with style and other aspects well covered. iQOO 15R is building on its earlier devices and eyeing the more appealing sub-Rs 50,000 bracket in the country. The new iQOO device is using a Snapdragon 8 Gen chipset, features a high-refresh rate AMOLED display, comes with OriginOS out of the box and packs a massive battery with fast charging support.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iQOO 15R Price In India And Variants<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iQOO 15R price in India starts at Rs 44,999 for the base 8GB + 256GB variant, going up to Rs 47,999 and Rs 52,999 for the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB models, respectively. iQOO will make the phone available from March 2 but the general sale starts from March 3 in India.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iQOO 15R Specifications<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iQOO 15R sports a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate but for gamers it can stretch up to 144Hz rate feature. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. The phone runs the OriginOS 6 version based on Android 16 that Vivo and iQOO have introduced with the latest devices in the market, and also outside of China for the first time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iQOO is promising 4 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates with the new device. For optics, the phone has a dual rear camera system which includes a 50MP sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide lens. This is changed from the 200MP that iQOO has offered with the global variant launched before.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iQOO 15R packs a massive 7,600mAh battery but still measures under 8mm in thickness and weighs 202 grams thanks to the silicon carbon grade technology. This also allows the iQOO 15R battery to offer 100W wired fast charging support. That\u2019s not all, the design of the phone is durable thanks to IP68 and IP69 ratings available for better protection against dust and water. <\/span><\/p>\n
