The disruption appeared to affect users worldwide, including in India, the United Kingdom and several other countries, according to user reports, indicating the outage was not limited to a single region.<\/p>\n

YouTube TV was also hit, with nearly 10,000 outage reports logged. This suggested the disruption extended beyond the main video platform to its live television streaming service.<\/p>\n

TeamYouTube acknowledged the outage and said it was investigating the issue.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve been looking into this issue, and while we don\u2019t have a fix just yet, we\u2019re keeping a close eye on it. We\u2019ll provide any updates when they\u2019re available,” the company said.<\/p>\n

A third user highlighted the scale of the disruption, saying, \u201cYouTube outage so bad the Downdetector page crashes” while another asked, \u201cYouTube, you good bro? Sounds like a global outage right now.”<\/p>\n
