There were no exceptional items during the period.<\/p>\n<p>Nandan Denim has reported revenue of \u20b949,952.72 lakh (~$55.11 million) in Q3 FY26, sharply lower year on year, with net profit at \u20b9297.29 lakh. &#13;<br \/>\nPBT fell to \u20b9409.91 lakh amid softer income, though finance costs declined. &#13;<br \/>\nFor nine months, revenue stood at \u20b92,33,189.43 lakh, while net profit edged up to \u20b92,361.89 lakh. &#13;<br \/>\nEPS for the period remained \u20b90.16 (not annualised).  <\/p>\n<p>After accounting for deferred tax of \u20b9112.62 lakh, net profit for the quarter came in at \u20b9297.29 lakh, compared with \u20b9658 lakh a year earlier. Total comprehensive income for Q3 FY26 stood at \u20b9295.86 lakh. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS), not annualised, were \u20b90.02 each (face value \u20b91), Nandan Denim said in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>In Q3 FY26, cost of materials consumed was \u20b941,120.56 lakh, while employee benefit expenses stood at \u20b92,143.65 lakh. Finance costs declined to \u20b9673.95 lakh from \u20b9861.91 lakh in Q3 FY25, reflecting lower borrowing costs. Depreciation and amortisation expense was \u20b91,165.09 lakh, and other expenses amounted to \u20b94,058.27 lakh.<\/p>\n<p>For the nine months (9M), revenue from operations was \u20b92,33,189.43 lakh, down from \u20b92,49,802.60 lakh in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. Total income stood at \u20b92,33,670.75 lakh, while total expenses were \u20b92,30,947.40 lakh.<\/p>\n<p>PBT for 9M period was \u20b92,723.35 lakh, compared with \u20b93,134.81 lakh in the year-ago period. Net profit for the nine-month period rose marginally to \u20b92,361.89 lakh from \u20b92,284.90 lakh in the corresponding period of FY25. Total comprehensive income stood at \u20b92,374.66 lakh.
