The recent Thailand-Cambodia border tensions has sparked a wave of travel advisories from across the globe and the Indian Embassy in Thailand asking Indian citizens to avoid travel to border destinations near Thailand and Cambodia. While this is not the first travel advisory issued by Indian authorities, the Ministry of External Affairs had earlier asked Indians to avoid travelling to Iran, Israel and other countries that have been embroiled in war or civil unrest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
