The young and talented Anushka Sen<\/a> has been going global, this time turning heads at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. The actress made her debut at the French Riviera in a royal ensemble, looking stunning and regal in the couture moment. While the event itself was marked as a major achievement for Anushka, another feather in her cap came with her meeting with actor Ishaan Khatter.<\/p>\n

The Baalveer star took to her Instagram stories on Monday and shared an inside picture from Cannes with her favourite actor. The picture shows the actress posing with Ishaan Khatter, looking all happy and radiant. \u201cManifested and actually met @Ishaankhatter here at Cannes,” she wrote along with the picture.<\/p>\n

While Anushka looked amazing in the beautiful wine-coloured mermaid-style gown, Ishaan appeared dapper as ever in a black outfit. The actor was present for the premiere of his recent film, Homebound. Produced by Karan Johar and directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, the film will be shown on May 21 in the festival\u2019s Un Certain Regard section.<\/p>\n

Anushka Sen\u2019s meeting with the Bollywood star reiterates her admiration for Ishaan. In previous interviews, Anushka spoke about her liking towards the actor, even joking about keeping Ishaan in her bag and knowing him better. Having already admitted to crushing secretly on the actor, Anushka told Bollywood Hungama, \u201cI can\u2019t wait to work with Ishaan Khatter.”<\/p>\n

Coming back to the TV star\u2019s Cannes debut, she made her entrance in a grand manner, dressed like a princess in an embroidered gown with a flowing train. While it had intricate embroidery inspired by the historic chintz prints, one can also notice traditional techniques like zardozi, aari, resham and fine crystal threadwork.<\/p>\n

Anushka revealed how her outfit took 611 hours, months of planning, and 34 artisans to create.<\/p>\n

The surprises didn\u2019t just end here, as Anushka has now unveiled her second red carpet look from Cannes\u2014yet another blend of Indian traditional and modern flair. Dressed in a Duchess Kumari ensemble, Anushka chose a sheer black blouse with an embroidered bodice, pairing it with a flowy Chanderi skirt.<\/p>\n

Ever since, fans have been heaping praises on the actress\u2019 stunning outfits, also lauding her achievements at a young age of 22.<\/p>\n
