Google is doing its utmost to make Android a hot destination for gamers and one of the many features could be luring people with options like \u2018try to buy\u2019 which sounds like a good idea. The company is reportedly testing the feature internally, and spotted by the folks at Android Authority<\/em> in an APK teardown of Play Store version.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apple has built a strong ecosystem of games and also made the hardware good enough to run all the popular AAA titles. Google is trying its best to change the narrative around Android with games and trial offers could have a big part to play in how people consume games on the platform.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The leak comes at a good time as Google looks to enhance its approach towards gaming, where the money is big and the company can entice developers to build apps or port them for Android users. The new try before buy option means you will get a short window to try the game, experience some of its features and then decide if you want to buy it for your account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a lot like streaming apps letting you see live shows for a few minutes for free and then asking you to pay for the service. It could be a smart way to increase its usage time on the Play Store for gaming apps and also support more popular titles as the availability increases.<\/span><\/p>\n

The report claims many people not willing to pay for games could finally open up to the prospect as they get to experience the title and not just see its clips or trailer to know its overall value for the money. <\/span><\/p>\n
