Cloudflare outage strikes again in less than one month<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

Cloudflare outage reported in India on Friday December 5, 2025 had a major effect on business platforms like Zerodha, Groww and Shopify among others in the country. Outage tracker platform Downdetector saw a sudden spike in the user reports around 2:34 PM IST with thousands facing difficulty in accessing these apps and other services that run through Cloudflare in India and other regions. <\/span><\/p>\n

Popular editing tool Canva was also part of the affected list which shared a post on X confirming the outage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cloudflare Outage Strikes Again<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the latest Cloudflare outage in the last one month and the latest down time has been reported for around 25 minutes which is much lower than the first incident. Back in November, users reported failures on X, ChatGPT, Spotify, Canva, Perplexity, and several other platforms.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And the latest Cloudflare outage has majorly affected trading platforms in India along with other regions. Thousands have reported issues accessing these apps and the companies have shared their admission for the down time which seems to have been fixed in under an hour. The company has talked about a scheduled maintenance that seems to have pulled off the leash on a clutch of platforms, including the likes of Zoom, Udemy and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cloudflare has confirmed that all the services are back online after facing issues with the dashboard and APIs that keep these platforms running. The company will continue to monitor the system to make sure the outage doesn\u2019t repeat again.<\/p>\n

Cloudflare operates like a vital cog that keeps most of the popular services running on the internet. You have apps like ChatGPT serving millions because of the provider, so when a global outage hits Cloudflare, people are left helpless.<\/p>\n

Because so many unrelated websites rely on Cloudflare for traffic routing and security, even a single glitch can cause simultaneous outages across the web.<\/p>\n
