Google\u2019s AI revolution continues to churn out new products and the latest from its stable is Genie 3 which offers a 3D-rendered virtual world where both AI and humans can interact. The company says you can use simple text prompts to create these simulations that are capable of interacting for a longer duration and even recall the objects for up to one minute.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You could see Genie 3 becoming a vital tool to power virtual games in the near future, putting game developers at risk with further AI push to affect their own chances in the industry.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Genie 3 Brings Real-Life 3D Worlds<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Google says Genie 3 gets an array of upgrades over the Genie 2 version that is now able to interact well beyond the earlier 20 seconds limit. You also get visuals generated in 720p resolution which is definitely a big jump on the existing standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The memory feature of Genie 3 is an intriguing addition because people can walk around a park and the AI will still remember the path, especially if you decide to walk back to the same place. You can also change the in-world conditions with different weather patterns or bring a new character to the space using basic text prompts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The improvement in the visual quality in Genie 3 compared to Genie 3 is stark and you clearly notice the upgrades on offer thanks to the use of better AI models. The company says Genie 3 could eventually become useful in the healthcare sector or even help children with their education by interacting with them in a new medium.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Google is limiting its use to academics and creators for the time being, giving them the chance to study any possible ill-effects and safety measures of these AI models. Its public release is not confirmed for now, but Google could look to expand its testing bracket to more users in the future. The company is also investing heavily into making Gemini AI more useful and practical.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
