Gemini 3 Pro is the latest version that is available for free users<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

The Gemini 3 Pro AI model is getting new limits for those using it without paying for the subscription. Yes, Google has put new restrictions on the number of images or queries the free users can ask for the latest Gemini version. This was rather unavoidable and giving a lot of access with the free account was going to be a challenge, and surely not something the company would want to advocate for in the long run.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So why are these limits being changed and how does it affect the Gemini 3 Pro AI free users in all markets? Here\u2019s a quick look at how the terms have been revised.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gemini 3 Pro Free Users Have New Limits<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Going by multiple reports, the Gemini 3 Pro free limit extends to Nano Banana Pro as well as the prompts you can send to the AI model. The new Gemini version was announced last month when you could send up to 5 prompts to Gemini and generate\/edit 3 images per day with the Nano Banana Pro model.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So why are the limits being put for the free users? Google probably feels that Gemini 3 Pro already has a higher demand than the 2.5 Pro version, so allowing the paid users to get their set of extended access makes more sense and gives them better value. <\/span><\/p>\n

Having said that, free users can continue to use the original Nano Banana AI model and create up to 100 images in a day but without any access to the video generation tool.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Google\u2019s Gemini 3 AI model does a lot more in terms of smartness and the AI upgrades are going to be noteworthy. Google claims Gemini 3 has better multimodal understanding which handles long and complex tasks better. But for the regular users, most of the Gemini 3 upgrades will be evident with AI mode in Search and the Gemini mobile app.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You also have a new agentic AI platform called Google Antigravity and the new AI model does its best to act cool with vibe coding and deliver the top results.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
