Star musical composer Palash Muchhal\u2019s mother, Amita, has said that her son, as well as his fianc\u00e9e Smriti Mandhana, are very disturbed by the entire situation, adding that the situation is expected to improve soon and the wedding will go ahead as planned.<\/p>\n

The wedding in <\/span>Sangli<\/span>, Maharashtra, was thrown into chaos when, just hours before the ceremony, Smriti\u2019s father developed heart-attack-like<\/span>\u00a0symptoms, forcing the plans to be halted at the last moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The emergency compelled both families to postpone the wedding. Soon after, the stress took a toll on groom-to-be Palash as well, according to reports, leading to his hospitalisation before he was discharged and moved to Mumbai.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSmriti and Palash <\/em><\/span>dono<\/span> takleef<\/span> mein<\/span> hain<\/span><\/em>. Palash dreamt of coming home with his bride. I had even planned a special welcome. Everything will be fine, <\/span>shaadi<\/span> bohot<\/span> jaldi<\/span> hogi,”\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Amita said while speaking to the\u00a0Hindustan Times.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

As per the medical staff, Palash sought treatment at a <\/span>Sangli<\/span> hospital after experiencing chest discomfort. When his symptoms couldn\u2019t improve, he was moved to a Mumbai facility, arriving with severe chest pain, breathlessness and overall uneasiness.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Palash\u2019s<\/span> condition appears to be linked to stress-related distress rather than a serious cardiac event. <\/span>While certain levels were found to be slightly elevated, there was no indication of a major cardiac or medical emergency<\/span>,” Dr <\/span>Dipendra<\/span> Tripathi, one of the senior doctors monitoring Palash, told <\/span>Mid Day.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cOxygen therapy was started immediately as a basic line of treatment. After initial stabilisation, he (Palash) was shifted to a general room and kept under observation,” Tripathi added.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Doctors added that the intense emotional strain of recent events may have triggered the episode. With supportive care and rest, Palash\u2019s vitals and stress level stabilised and improved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hospital authorities confirmed on Wednesday that <\/span>Palash<\/span> is now stable, recovering, and has been discharged. He has been advised to complete rest for at least three weeks to prevent any recurrence of symptoms.<\/span><\/p>\n
