The Bharatiya Janata Party has released another AI-generated video targeting Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, this time mocking him over not securing the Chief Minister\u2019s post. The video, shared by the BJP\u2019s Karnataka unit, depicts Shivakumar attempting to purchase a CM\u2019s chair on Amazon, only to find the item marked \u201cout of stock.”<\/p>\n

The satirical clip is part of a pattern, as the BJP has been deploying AI-driven political videos in recent weeks to target Congress in the state.<\/p>\n

The latest video plays on the long-standing internal tussle within the Congress, where Shivakumar was seen as a strong contender for the top post before the party chose Siddaramaiah as Chief Minister.<\/p>\n

Earlier, BJP had posted another AI-generated video portraying Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in a simulated Facebook Live session, appearing irritated as he reads comments from viewers.<\/p>\n

The AI-generated clip shows the Chief Minister telling audiences, \u201cI\u2019ve finished two-and-a-half years as Chief Minister. I don\u2019t know how long I\u2019ll be here as Chief Minister, so I want to talk to all of you and I am live on Facebook.”<\/p>\n
