The launch also marks the debut of H&amp;M Pre-Loved in Los Angeles, the brand\u2019s curated secondhand concept, presented through a partnership with local vintage icon Wasteland.<\/p>\n<p>H&amp;M has opened its first Beverly Hills location at 370 North Beverly Drive, introducing a new concept focused on elevated womenswear, accessories, and special collections like H&amp;M Studio Holiday. &#13;<br \/>\nThe space also debuts H&amp;M Pre-Loved in Los Angeles in partnership with vintage icon Wasteland. &#13;<br \/>\nWith tech-enabled features and an artful interior, the store will also host cultural events and collaborations.<\/p>\n<p>Developed by H&amp;M\u2019s in-house architecture team, the space blends Scandinavian minimalism with California\u2019s Art Deco heritage. Original architectural details, including an open wood ceiling, stucco-textured walls, and travertine stone accents, create an artful, gallery-like environment designed for discovery.
