The latest outage of the platform has forced people to head over to other social media apps\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

X Outage:<\/strong> Microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter) witnessed an outage on Tuesday evening as many users reported that the app and website were not working properly, and they were unable to push content.<\/p>\n

Several users said that they were unable to use the platform on mobile and computer, as per DownDetector<\/em>, which tracks outages by collating status reports from several sources, including user-submitted errors on its platform.<\/p>\n

As per\u00a0DownDetector,\u00a0<\/em>at least 1,543 complaints were registered against X till 5:08 pm.<\/p>\n

Users said that they could not access their timeline and see other profiles. An error message read, \u201cSomething went wrong. Try reloading.”<\/p>\n

The error generally goes away after reloading the page. If it doesn\u2019t work, try logging out and back into the account. Clearing browser cache and cookies can also help.<\/p>\n

The platform, now operating under Musk\u2019s xAI umbrella, has already faced multiple disruptions in 2025.<\/p>\n

In March this year, Elon Musk claimed that his social media platform was being targeted in a \u201cmassive cyberattack”.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe get attacked every day, but this was done with a lot of resources. Either a large, coordinated group and\/or a country is involved. Tracing,” Musk said in a post.<\/p>\n

His post came hours after X suffered a series of outages that left the social media platform unavailable to thousands of users.<\/p>\n
