iOS 26.2 beta update now rolling out<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

The iOS 26.1 update has rolled out this week but Apple is already working on the iOS 26.2 beta version which should get its official release sometime next month. The first big update after iOS 26 release brought changes to the Liquid Glass interface, allowing you to switch to a tinted mode and now the company is bringing more tweaks for the design just in case people want to reduce its effect. You will also see some useful additions and others there to make the list.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iOS 26.2 Beta Update: What It Brings<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

More Liquid Glass Changes<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While the iOS 26.1 update gives you two new ways to reduce the Liquid nature of the interface, the iOS 26.2 beta goes one step further, where you can adjust the transparency of the clock on the lockscreen. These can be either in glass or opaque finishing and you can reduce or increase its transparent level.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apple News<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The news app for Apple is getting a design change where you have four buttons which let you quickly access sports, food, puzzles and the politics section on the app. You also have a new following tab at the bottom which handles your favourites, saved stories and history on the app.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sleep Gets Focus<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Many Apple users have said the sleep scores are generous and lenient, and now the company has tweaked the figures which gives you different ratings. Earlier the very low score was between 0 \u2013 29 points, which has now shifted to 40 points. Similarly, the high range has gone from 70-89 points to 81-95 points. The very high score has seen a minor change but the top level is at 100 points.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apple Music<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apple is now letting you get lyrics for a song in the Music app even if you are not connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. This means the lyrics integration is going offline and that will surely be a big update for many iPhone users.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

More Reminder Alerts<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And finally, you have one of the most requested additions that is linked to reminders on the iPhone. The iOS 26.2 beta version allows you to get alerts for urgent tasks and an alarm will be set to remind you about it at the given time. <\/span><\/p>\n
