Addressing the gathering, he extended greetings to the people of Varanasi, calling it \u201cthe sacred city of Baba Vishwanath,\u201d and lauded the festive spirit witnessed during Diwali. \nHe noted, \u201cAcross the developed nations of the world, a major driver of economic growth has been robust infrastructure.
