Knitwear growth remained subdued as many buyers continued to prioritise basic, staple styles with lower unit prices. Woven apparel exports (Chapter <span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>) increased by <span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>.<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span> per cent to $<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>.<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span> billion, up from $<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>.<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span> billion in July\u2013October <span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>. Higher demand for value-added woven jackets, trousers, and outerwear supported the improvement in this segment.<\/p>\n<p>Home textile exports (Chapter <span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>, excluding <span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>) grew by <span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>.<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span> per cent to $<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>.<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span> million, compared to $<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span>.<span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span><span class=\"startxt\">*<\/span> million in the same period of the previous fiscal. This improvement was driven by stable orders from the US and European markets, where home renovation and lifestyle segments are gradually recovering.
